History

Jen Lombardi brings decades of experience in legal advocacy across multiple jurisdictions, supporting attorneys and clients in criminal, administrative, consumer, housing, education, employment, family, real estate, business, juvenile justice, and re-entry matters. Her work includes developing client-centered legal aid clinics focused on tenant rights, family law, and post-conviction relief, as well as advocating for Legal Financial Obligation (LFO) relief. She actively participates in policy development, legislative initiatives, and the creation of self-help resources under attorney supervision.

Jen serves on the King County Bar Association’s Removing Barriers to Re-entry Subcommittee and the WA State Drivers Relicensing Task Force, contributing to policy reforms and educational materials. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate and an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and homelessness, she is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to justice. Her lived experiences with systemic barriers and homelessness drive her commitment to restorative justice and community empowerment.

Passion

In addition to her advocacy work, Jen enjoys kayaking, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her two daughters and their energetic goldendoodle, Argus. She volunteers as President of their parent/teacher organization and with their Girl Scout troop. Her passion for baking and creating art reflects her dedication to fostering community and connection.
